Dielectric properties of materials for 3D printing at high frequencies

3D printing is widely used method. In the term of developing components for electronic devices, it important to provide good physical properties dielectric. The main parameters are optional and stable value relative permittivity minimum dielectric losses material. paper focused on testing loss factor following materials: polylactic acid (PLA, in two dye modifications), polyethylene terephthalateglycol (PET- G) acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) frequency range 1-100 MHz. It was proven, that values tested materials were 2.9-4.2 0.8-4%. Concerning permittivity, tendency mild linear drop relation observed by increasing frequency, especially expressed PLA materials. factor, displayed with whereas declining curve PET-G. Absolute ABS varied between 0.9-1.5%. reasonable influence added dyes found out.
